《谁知盘中餐》是由湖南卫视和潘礼平团队联合出品的原创育儿观察类节目，由李锐担任主持人。节目围绕二胎萌娃劳动锻炼等主题，传播“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”的理念，致力深耕少儿教育全新一面，6组孩子离开父母后学会独立生活、独立做饭烧柴火。节目于2020年8月26日起每周三晚22:00在芒果TV播出。
